Terms and Conditions (UK)

1. Service Overview

We provide professional cleaning for indoor and outdoor household bins, including washing, deodorising, and sanitising. Please note the largest wheelie bins we clean are 240L.

 

2. Customer Responsibilities

Please empty all smaller bins into the relevant wheelie bins then set them next to your wheelie bins in an accessible place on bin cleaning day.

 

3. Contaminated Bins

We do not clean bins containing hazardous materials such as:Wet paint, faeces, oil, plaster, cement, or ash.

 

4. Service Schedule & Access

We aim to clean within 4 hours of your appointment. On rare occasions we may contact you in order the reschedule if there are any operational issues.

 

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon booking or prior to your clean if paying in cash. Accepted methods: direct debit, bank transfer, or cash. Late payments may result in cancellation of service. We offer one fixed price for a maximum of 10 bins, we will not refund or offer a reduction for cleaning less than the maximum amount of bins. We reserve the right to increase our prices in the future. All subscription customer's will be given 30 days notice if prices are set to increase.

 

6. Cancellations & Missed Cleans

Minimum 24 hours’ notice required to cancel or reschedule.Missed cleans due to inaccessible bins are non-refundable.Prepaid services may be refunded at our discretion. Refunds can take between 10-14 business days for subscription customers and 3-5 business days for one off cleans.

7. Loyalty points can not be transferred to another account and we reserve the right to cancel or stop the loyalty programme at any point.

 

8. Health & Safety

All services comply with UK environmental and health regulations.

 

9. Liability

We are not liable for damage to bins caused by pre-existing defects.We are not responsible for lost or stolen bins after cleaning. 

 

10. Complaints

We aim to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with our service but should you wish to complain we ask that you contact us via email southamptonsofreshandsoclean@gmail.com.

 

11. Amendments

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of changes.

 

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
