Can I book my clean for any day?

Yes! As long as there is a booking space on our website you can book. We recommend booking the day after your general bin waste collection. Please put all your bins next to the wheelie bins at least one hour before your slotted clean. We allow a 4 hour window for us to clean around your booking time.

Is there a maximum amount of bins you will clean?

We will clean up to 10 bins on the day. These could be kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, glass, recycling and more. As long as your bins are all next to the wheelie bins we will clean them. The largest wheelie bin we can clean is a standard 240L.

I forgot to put my indoor bins out, can you come back?

Unfortunately, if your indoor bins aren't left outside with the wheelie bins you would need to make another booking.

Can my electric bins be cleaned?

Unfortunately we can only clean the inside plastic part of the electric bins and not the outside.

Do i need to be home when my bins are cleaned?

No, as long as you've paid online and all your bins are by your wheelie bins we can clean without you needing to be home.

Bin Cleaning Process

♻️ Recycling Bin

  • Contents are transferred into a clear plastic bag while the bin is cleaned.

  • Once cleaning is complete, the bag is emptied back into the recycling bin.

🗑 General Waste Bin

  • Bags are placed into a large heavy-duty 240L liner during cleaning.

  • After cleaning, the liner (with contents) is returned to the bin.

  • In some cases, double bagging may be used to ensure bins remain dry and hygienic.

🌿 Garden Waste Bin

  • Due to the nature of garden waste, these bins cannot be cleaned.

🏠 Household Bins

  • Household bins are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised.

  • After cleaning, bins are either:

    • Returned indoors (if preferred), or

    • Left neatly on the doorstep for convenience.
